Event Manager
– The Role
Responsible for event planning, coordinating and management, ensuring events run smoothly. The event manager must be able to perform a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The Event Planner is responsible for:
- Planning project tasks and developing timelines for events
- Coordinating the details of events
- Scheduling event agenda and participant
- Developing event materials and requirements
- Managing correspondence
- Coordinating all event logistics
- Coordinating suppliers and handling client queries
- Event evaluation,including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders
– Requirements
- 3 years of experience in event management
- Good skill in project management
- Good knowledge of Farsi and English both in writing and speaking
- Communication skill
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Negotiation skill
- Ability to work under pressure with high level adaptability
- Teamwork with the confidence to take the lead and guide other project participants
